Shipping Policy (Contiguous U.S. Only)

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.

Shipping Methods & Rates
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on size, weight, and destination. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Delivery Time
Typical delivery time is 3–7 business days after your order leaves our facility. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll file a claim with the carrier and, once verified, replace or refund the affected item.

Address Accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address before checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will incur additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

PO Boxes and APO/FPO
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
