This policy governs all purchases from Mike Rotchburns BBQ Outlaw (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By placing an order, you agree to the following terms in full.
1. All Sales Final
All products are produced in limited quantities or on-demand.
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed unless covered under Section 2 (Defective or Incorrect Items).
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must:
- Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Provide the order number, clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
If verified, we will issue a replacement of the same item.
If the same item is unavailable, we may issue a refund to the original payment method.
No substitutions or upgrades will be offered.
3. Condition for Acceptance
Returns or exchanges will only be authorized if the following are met:
- The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All packaging, inserts, and labels are intact.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Unauthorized or late returns will be refused.
4. Excluded from Return or Refund
The following are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Custom, personalized, or limited-edition items.
- Apparel that has been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items damaged by misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
- Clearance, sale, or promotional items.
5. Shipping and Risk
Unless expressly stated otherwise, customers are responsible for all return-shipping costs.
Returned products remain the customer’s property and risk until received and inspected by us.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only within 5–10 business days.
We do not offer cash, check, or store-credit alternatives.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Inspection and Final Decision
Returned items are inspected upon receipt.
If a returned item fails inspection, it will not be refunded and may be discarded or returned at your expense.
Our decision on eligibility is final.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
Any attempt to reverse or dispute a legitimate charge without prior written communication will be considered fraudulent.
We maintain full transaction records, order confirmations, and delivery proof for submission to payment processors and banks.
9. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.
Changes take effect upon posting on this website.
